• carrying out of a complex of work on arranging application materials on inventions, trademarks and industrial designs;
   
• patent-legal accompanying of trademarks, inventions and industrial designs (keeping protection documentsin in force, extension of their validity, transfer of the right of possession etc.);
   
• representation of the interest of our clients in Board of Appeal of the Patent Office of Latvia as well as in Riga District Court and Supreme Court of Latvian Republic;
   
• expert assistance of conflict situations in cases of the violation of the rights of patent owners as well as trademarks or industrial design owners;
   
• making of license contracts;
   
• carrying out of express search work on trademarks registered in Latvia (according to our own data base).
